Session Tips

Before Your Session: What You Need to Know

Communication

We understand that sometimes a particular technique may not resonate with you as expected. Be sure to communicate any preferences or adjustments needed regarding pressure and techniques with your therapist before and during the session. If a technique or service does not meet your needs, please let your therapist know right away. Should there be any misunderstandings or if you feel the service is not aligning with your preferences, do not hesitate to request a change or ask for management assistance. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Hydration

Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Staying hydrated helps your body eliminate toxins that may be released during the massage.

Comfortable Clothing

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your session. This will help you relax and make it easier to transition into and out of your session.

Jewelry and Accessories

We recommend leaving jewelry and valuable items at home. If you're receiving a massage or facial, for your comfort and to avoid interference with the treatment, please remove any jewelry or accessories.

Hair ties

For your massage, it's a good idea to bring a hair tie if you have longer hair. This helps keep your hair out of the way during the session, allowing for a more comfortable and relaxing experience. Plus, it makes it easier for your therapist to work on your neck and shoulders without any distractions.

Alcohol

Please do not consume alcohol before your session. Alcohol can dehydrate you and affect your body's response to the massage. For your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment, we do not serve clients who are intoxicated. Arriving well-hydrated and sober ensures the best experience and results from your massage.

Smoking

For the comfort and well-being of all clients, we ask that you refrain from smoking before arriving for your appointment. We strive to maintain a therapeutic environment that ensures a beneficial and pleasant experience for everyone.

The Difference of a Professional Massage

A professional massage offers specialized techniques and expert knowledge that go beyond basic relaxation. In Nevada, licensed massage therapists undergo extensive training, including hundreds of hours of education and hands-on practice. This rigorous training equips them to assess your body's needs, apply targeted techniques, and address specific issues such as muscle tension, chronic pain, and stress. Their expertise ensures a therapeutic experience that delivers significant and lasting benefits for your overall well-being.

Post-Massage Care

Experiencing some stiffness or soreness after a Professional Massage is normal as your body recovers from the intense muscle stimulation. Engaging in gentle movement, taking warm baths, and allowing yourself time to rest can help ease any stiffness. It’s also advisable to avoid strenuous exercise immediately after the massage to allow your muscles to fully recover.
