    Services & Options

Do you offer a Foot Massage?

While we do not offer a dedicated 'foot massage' service, our therapists can focus on your feet and legs as part of any massage session. Please request this focus when booking or during your appointment. This specialized attention is provided at our standard massage rates. View all our services.

What's the difference between Thai, Swedish, and Deep Tissue massage?

Thai massage combines acupressure, stretching, and rhythmic compression to improve flexibility and relieve tension. Swedish massage uses gentle, flowing strokes for relaxation and stress relief. Deep Tissue massage targets deeper muscle layers with firm pressure to address chronic pain and muscle knots. All massages can be customized to your needs. Learn more about our massage services.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes! If you've had a great experience with a therapist, feel free to request them when booking. We work on a rotation system and will make our best effort to accommodate your preference based on availability. Please note that holding a therapist for a request can cause them to lose turns in the rotation. For first-time clients: If you're booking with a specific therapist because of a referral or recommendation, please add a note during checkout to let us know. Certain selections in the booking system will apply a therapist request, even if you didn't intend to make one—a note helps us know if you truly have a preference or if any available therapist works for you.

    Do you offer couples massage?

Yes! Our couples massage allows you and your partner to enjoy side-by-side massages in the same room. You can each choose your preferred massage type and duration. Learn more about couples massage.

    Booking & Scheduling

How do I book an appointment?

The best way to book is through our online booking system - just click the 'Book Now' button on any page. You can view real-time availability, select your preferred service, date, time, and therapist. You can also call us at (725) 266-1587 or walk in if you prefer. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and couples massages, as appointments fill up quickly.

Can I reschedule or modify my appointment online?

Yes! If you booked through our online system, you can easily reschedule or modify your appointment anytime through your confirmation email or the booking app. You can change your date, time, or even the service type up until 30 minutes before your appointment.

    Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-ins based on availability! However, we highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and therapist, especially during busy hours and weekends.

Do I need a credit card to book?

A credit card is required for reservations of 3 or more people. Single and couple appointments can be booked without a card.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand that emergencies happen. You can cancel online through your booking confirmation or by calling us. Please note that our therapists only get paid when they deliver services, so no-shows impact both their income and our ability to serve other clients. If you can't make it, even a last-minute cancellation (up to 30 minutes before) allows us to offer your time slot to someone else. Clients with no-shows may be subject to being blocked from future bookings.

Do you deliver the full session time I book?

Absolutely! We honor every minute of your appointment. When you book a 60, 90, or 120-minute session, that's exactly what you receive—full hands-on massage time. However, arriving late puts your full session time at risk. To ensure you receive your complete session, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

    What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures you have time to check in and transition into your session without cutting into your massage time. First-time clients should also arrive 10 minutes early, which provides sufficient time to complete the required intake form.

Is there anything I need to do before my first appointment?

Yes! All first-time clients must complete an intake form before their first service. This form helps us understand your health history, preferences, and any areas of concern. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to allow time to complete this form. For tips on what to wear, what to bring, and how to prepare, check our session tips page.

    What if I'm running late?

Please call us immediately at (725) 266-1587 if you're running late. We'll do our best to accommodate you if the schedule permits. However, when the schedule doesn't allow flexibility, arriving late will reduce your actual massage time—we cannot significantly delay other clients who deserve their full session. If you're running significantly late, we recommend rescheduling your appointment. Please note that after 5-10 minutes without contact, we will assume a no-show, especially if we attempt to reach you and calls go unanswered past your appointment time. Your session will end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session time. To receive the complete session you paid for, plan to arrive on time.

    What are your hours?

We're open 7 days a week from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM. The last appointment must be completed by 9:00 PM, so book accordingly based on your desired session length.

    Preparation & What to Expect

What should I wear and bring to my massage?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bring a hair tie if you have long hair, and leave jewelry and valuables at home. You will be properly draped throughout your session. For complete preparation tips including hydration, clothing details, and what to expect, visit our session tips page.

Can I get a massage if I've been drinking?

No. For your safety and the effectiveness of treatment, we do not serve clients who are intoxicated. Please arrive sober and well-hydrated.

Can I request specific pressure or focus areas?

Absolutely! Communication is key. Let your therapist know before and during your session about pressure preferences, areas of tension, or any discomfort. Your comfort is our priority.

    After Your Massage

Is it normal to feel sore after a massage?

Yes, especially after Deep Tissue or Thai massage. Some stiffness or soreness is normal as your body recovers from the muscle work. Stay hydrated, take warm baths, and avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. The soreness typically subsides within 1-2 days. See our session tips for more preparation and aftercare advice.

What should I do after my massage?

Continue drinking water, avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day, and allow your body to rest. Gentle stretching and warm baths can help extend the benefits.

    Pricing & Payments

    How much do massages cost?

Most individual massages are $80 for 60 minutes, $120 for 90 minutes, and $150 for 120 minutes. Couples massages are $150 for 60 minutes, $230 for 90 minutes, and $300 for 120 minutes. We also offer spa packages that combine services. See our services page for complete pricing.

    Do you accept gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards in any denomination. They make perfect gifts. You can purchase them in store or through our online system. Learn more about gift cards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital payment methods through our online booking system. We also accept cash and gift cards. No personal checks are accepted.

    Should I tip my therapist?

Gratuity is appreciated but never required. Our booking system includes suggested tip amounts that reflect Las Vegas service standards, and you can adjust these to your preference.

    Location & Accessibility

How far is Blue Diamond Thai Spa from the Las Vegas Strip or Downtown?

About 11 miles from the Strip and 16 miles from Downtown Las Vegas—roughly a 20–25 minute drive depending on traffic. See our location page for a complete distance table from key Las Vegas areas.

Are the photos on your website of the actual spa?

Yes. To ensure our guests have a clear and honest view of what it's really like before they arrive, every photo on our website—from our treatment rooms to our lobby—was taken at our Blue Diamond location. We choose not to use stock photography so you can book with confidence, knowing exactly what to expect from our serene environment. See our spa on the About page.

    Health & Safety

    What is your draping policy?

Professional draping is required by Nevada state law and maintained throughout all massage sessions. Proper draping ensures your comfort and privacy while allowing the therapist to work effectively. Your modesty is always protected.

Can I get a massage if I'm pregnant?

We recommend calling us at (725) 266-1587 before booking if you are pregnant. Our therapists take extra precautions with prenatal massage, and they'll discuss your specific situation to determine the safest approach. This information is also collected in our intake form to ensure we provide the most appropriate care.

What if I have a medical condition?

You'll be asked about any medical conditions in your intake form before service. Please inform your therapist if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, injuries, recent surgery, or any special physical concerns. While our therapists are trained professionals, they are not medical practitioners. If they are uncertain about how your condition may be affected by massage, they will prioritize your safety and may need to decline service or modify the treatment. For serious medical conditions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking.

    Are your therapists licensed?

Yes! All our massage therapists are licensed in Nevada and have completed hundreds of hours of training. Nevada requires extensive education and hands-on practice for licensure, ensuring you receive professional, safe, and effective treatment.
