Reservations
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full massage session.
First-Time Clients: All first-time clients must complete an intake form before their appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for this process.
Group Reservations: A credit card is required to reserve appointments for parties of 3 or more.
Last Appointment: The last appointment must be completed by business closing hours at 9:00 pm.
Rescheduling
Notice: Please provide at least 30 minutes notice if you need to reschedule a treatment to allow the spa enough time to fill appointments.
Session Time Guarantee
Full Time Delivered: We honor every minute of your appointment. When you book a 60, 90, or 120-minute session, you receive the complete hands-on massage time you paid for—no shortened sessions.
Professional Standards
Licensed Establishment: Blue Diamond Thai Spa & Massage operates under Nevada state licensing. All massage services are performed by licensed massage therapists in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.
Professional Environment: We maintain a respectful, professional atmosphere for all guests and staff. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service.
Draping Policy
State Requirement: Professional draping is required by Nevada law and maintained throughout all massage sessions to ensure comfort and privacy.
Late Arrival
Policy: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you if the schedule permits. However, when the schedule doesn't allow flexibility, arriving late will reduce your actual massage time. We cannot significantly delay other clients who deserve their full session. If you're running significantly late, we recommend rescheduling your appointment. Please note that after 5-10 minutes without contact, we will assume a no-show, especially if we attempt to reach you and calls go unanswered past your appointment time. Services will end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session time. To receive the complete session you paid for, please arrive on time.
Cancellation
Notice: We request that you cancel your appointment at least 30 minutes in advance unless there is an emergency.
No Show
Policy: Failure to notify the spa of a cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the missed appointment fee. Please understand that therapists and trainers only get paid when they deliver a service.
Liability Waiver
Special Conditions: Notify your therapist before receiving treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
Tips for Your Visit
Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Atmosphere: Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. Refrain from talking loudly and turn off cell phones.
Hydration: Remember to rest and drink water before and after your massage session.
Parking: Parking is Available in the front of the spa
Purchase Policy
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital payment methods through our online booking system. Gift cards purchased through our establishment and cash are also accepted. No personal checks are accepted.
Return/Refund Policy
Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final with no refunds whatsoever.
Service: Service will be charged in full after 10 minutes of service.
Changes: Prices, services, and policies are subject to change at any time. We make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated.
